Terms of Service

eCampuz is a web application for managing a coaching centre, school, madrasa or private teaching business: admissions, fees, attendance, exams and results, notices and a public website. Features depend on the plan you choose.

You must give accurate sign-up information and keep your password and two-factor details safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for the users you add (teachers, staff, students, parents).

You own the data you put into eCampuz. You promise that you are allowed to record it, including having the consent of guardians for students who are minors, and that you will use it only for running your institute.

You are responsible for the notices, text and images you publish on your website.

Plans, limits and prices are shown on the pricing page. Payment is made manually (for example by bKash) and a plan starts after we confirm the payment. Unused days carry over as credit when you upgrade.

If a subscription is not renewed it moves through a grace period and is then locked: your data stays safe and readable by you, but adding new records is paused until you renew.

Do not use eCampuz to break the law, to send spam, to upload harmful or unlawful content, to attack or probe the platform, or to access another institute's data. We may suspend an account that does.

We work to keep eCampuz available and fast, but we do not promise it will never be interrupted. We may update the service and will try to give notice of changes that matter.

You can delete your account at any time from the dashboard; your data is erased after 30 days as described in the Privacy Policy and you can download it before then. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms, and will explain why.

eCampuz is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. If we change them in a way that matters we will tell account owners in advance, and continued use after the change means you accept it.
