Dashboard and institutes
The admin dashboard shows platform health and a list of institutes needing attention (trial or plan ending, locked, unpaid for 90 days). Open an institute to see its plan, usage and history.
Approving payments
Review each bKash submission with its screenshot, then approve or reject. Approving extends the institute’s plan and notifies them.
Plans and prices
Create plans, set student limits, features and prices for monthly and yearly. Changes apply to new payments; existing periods are not changed.
Payment methods
Choose which bKash numbers and instructions institutes see.
Support desk
Institutes open tickets; reply from the Support desk.
Audit logs
Every sensitive action across the platform is recorded and searchable. The Super Admin signs in with a password and a two-step code.
