Create your institute

Sign up and free trial

Open the eCampuz site and choose Start free trial. You get 14 days to try everything, with no payment needed.

1. 1Choose your institute name and a short address (for example sunrise → sunrise.ecampuz.app).
2. 2Enter the owner’s name, phone or email, division, district and a password, and accept the terms.
3. 3Create your institute and sign in.

First-day checklist

A good order that gets you running in an hour.

1. 1Settings → fill in your institute profile.
2. 2Subjects and Batches → create what you teach.
3. 3Teachers → add your teachers and assign them to batches.
4. 4Students → add students (or Import data for a spreadsheet) and enrol them into batches.
5. 5Fees → set the monthly fee for each batch.
6. 6Website builder → pick a template and publish your site.

Tip: You can do these in any order; nothing is locked during the trial.

Language and theme

Use the language button at the top to switch between English and Bangla. English is the default. The theme button switches light and dark.
