Your website has an Apply page in your template’s colours. Parents fill in the student, guardian and the courses they like, and you decide.

1. 1Open Admissions to see new applications.
2. 2Mark as contacted, move to waiting list, reject — or Approve.
3. 3On approve, choose the batches; a student ID and login are created.
4. 4Send the login to the guardian on WhatsApp in one tap.

Duplicate and limit protection

eCampuz warns you if a student with the same name and guardian phone already exists, and tells you when your plan’s student limit is reached.

Leads and CRM

Keep enquiries from phone calls, Facebook or walk-ins in Leads & CRM. Move each lead through its stages, add notes and follow-up dates, and convert it to an admission when they join.
