How to register devices

Link your physical machine via network IP or cloud agent.

  1. 1Go to Biometric Attendance from the dashboard.
  2. 2Click Register Machine and enter your device IP, port, and serial number.
  3. 3Sync student and teacher ID mappings from eCampuz to the device.
  4. 4When an individual punches their finger, punch records sync instantly to attendance logs.
  5. 5Automated SMS messages are immediately dispatched to guardians.

Offline resilience

If your campus Wi-Fi or broadband disconnects, the biometric device saves all punch logs locally and automatically uploads them the moment internet is restored.
