How fees work
Each batch has a monthly fee. eCampuz creates every student’s fee for the month automatically at the start of the month, so you never build invoices by hand.
Collect a payment
Open Fees, find the student and record the payment — cash, bKash or another method. Partial payments are supported and a receipt can be printed or shared.
- 1Open Fees and search the student.
- 2Choose the fee and enter the amount received.
- 3Save. The due is updated and a receipt is ready.
Tip: All amounts are in Bangladeshi Taka. Undo a wrong payment with Reverse; it is recorded in the audit log.
Dues and reminders
The dues list shows who owes what, sorted any way you like. Send a payment reminder to a parent on WhatsApp in one tap and download the list as a spreadsheet.
Discounts and waivers
Give a student a discount or waive a month; it is kept in the history so your accounts always add up.
