What eCampuz is
A short tour of the product and who uses which part.
One platform for the whole institute
eCampuz runs the daily work of a coaching centre, private tutor, school or madrasa in Bangladesh: students, attendance, exams, fees, accounts, notices, a website and a parent portal. Everything works in Bangla and English.
Who uses what
Each person signs in on your institute’s own address and sees only what their role allows.
- 1Owner: everything, including billing, settings and data export.
- 2Staff (accountant / receptionist): admissions, students, fees and attendance, but not settings or billing.
- 3Teacher: their own batches — attendance, homework, exams and marks.
- 4Student and parent: a portal with attendance, results, fees, routine, notices and report card.
- 5Platform team (Super Admin): approves payments, sets plans and supports institutes.
How your data is kept
Every institute’s data is separate from every other institute’s. Sensitive actions (billing, roles, passwords) are written to an audit log you can read.
